William J Taylor at Halloween Event

Fast becoming a Taylor Law tradition, the 2013 Freaky Friday Fright night saw hundreds of goblins, goals and princesses filling their bags at the Mayor Bob Leonard Park outside the Farragut.  The spooky site was where the staff of the Law Office of William J. Taylor scared kid after kid (and a few adults) in exchange for a candy treat or two.

Watch out for the 2014 FFFN as the night will be just as scary!

Holston Middle School

You might have seen my client in the news recently who was bullied 3 separate times over several weeks while attending eighth grade at Holston Middle School.  If not, go to WBIR’s website for more information.  We filed a claim against the Knox County School Board for damages. The claim for relief is one million dollars. Check back for information pertaining to a trial setting.

One of my recent DUI cases involved a client who was alleged to have texted when he drove his car into a ditch.  He was arrested and charged with DUI.  After reviewing the police officer’s administration of FST  (filed sobriety tests), we pushed for a reduction to reckless driving, which the Prosecutor ultimately agreed to.  DUI cases are serious, and the facts of each individual case need to be reviewed carefully before any plea is made in open court.
